This is a spacious 8m (L) x 2.7m (W) x 4.25m (H) tiny home built by a professional builder with 25 years experience.

There are two mezzanine floors that feature exposed Lawson Cypress timber joists and flooring. This gives the tiny house a rustic look that continues to smell great;) The first mezzanine is reached be climbing stairs that come off of the kitchen while the second mezzanine is reached by climbing a ladder at the end of the couch.

Kitchen includes 4 burner gas stove and extractor, 1 1/4 sized sink, and ample cupboard storage. There is also a breakfast bench seated in front of bi-fold windows that fold all the way flat against the building for uninterrupted views.

Bathroom has full sized 1000 x 1000 shower, wash hand basin, plumbing to allow for washing machine.
